NS4 is a single-chip TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) device. The chip has three stimulation functions of Tens analgesia, auxiliary muscle gain, and muscle rehabilitation. NS4 is composed of a battery charging module, a power switch, a high-voltage boost converter and a multi-mode stimulation module. A built-in voltage boost converter (DC-DC) powered by a battery can generate stimulation voltages up to 55V. The voltage booster is controlled and regulated by an internal control module. The stimulation module is used to drive the anode and cathode to stimulate current pulses up to 57mA. The high voltage output from the boost converter provides a multi-mode output for the stimulation module, allowing a wider range of stimulator load applications. \nFeatures:\nConstant current source output: the stimulator obtains power from HVDD through a constant current source, the constant current source range is 3.6mA to 57.6mA\nHigh integration: integrated battery charging module, power switch, high voltage boost Converter and multi-mode stimulation module\nLow standby power consumption: standby current 2uA\nLow application cost: the chip can realize multiple stimulation modes to support various terminal applications, and the chip can be built and realized only by adding a small amount of peripheral components its stimulating function.
